These terms of service govern every purchase made on the Sophie Mode website, operated by ATELIER MERVELLE LTD. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Sophie Mode is a trading name of ATELIER MERVELLE LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17466989, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Orders are shipped from our warehouse at 81-109 Dudley St, Wallan VIC 3756, Australia.
2. Products
We sell women's dresses. We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately, but small variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings. All sizes are Australian sizes; a size guide with body measurements in centimetres is shown on every product page.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the final amount you pay. Shipping within Australia is free. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Full details are set out in our Payment policy.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. In that case any payment taken is refunded in full.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 4 to 6 business days after shipping, giving an estimated total of 5 to 9 business days. Every order is sent with tracking, free of charge, anywhere in Australia. Full details are set out in our Shipping policy.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fee. This is in addition to the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Full details are set out in our Refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to ATELIER MERVELLE LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATELIER MERVELLE LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the Australian state or territory in which you live, including the Australian Consumer Law, which continue to apply. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence in Australia.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
